We all face challenges and tough times in life. Despite typically being able to cope well with the problems and stressors that life brings, there are times when the usual ways of coping are just not working or are not enough--no matter how emotionally strong, well equipped, and healthy you may consider yourself. Sometimes we are up against something for which we have no roadmap and no idea how to even start facing. At other times we may be in familiar territory, but we keep stalling out on change efforts and then bump up against the same problem time and time again. These are all times when therapy can help.
Most everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives but asking for help can be hard to do. I commend you for seeking help and thank you for considering my services.
